- The ceremony starts at 5:30pm and everything will wrap up by midnight.
- What if I'm coming by train?
- The nearest train station is Oxford station which is a 15min walk from the Ashmolean. There are links to London Marylebone and London Paddington but no trains after midnight! However the Oxford Tube, a bus from Oxford to London Victoria, runs all night.
- How can I get around Oxford?
- Apart from the (complex) local bus system there are taxis from the station and local taxi companies.

- Any accommodation near the venue?
- The Premier Inn Oxford Westgate is a 15 minute walk away. Other nearby options include the Cotswold Lodge Hotel, The Buttery, and the George Oxford Hotel. For those feeling fancy The Randolph Hotel is opposite the the Ashmolean.
